You are hereby advised that all photographs, materials and text found on this website are copyrighted and ownership rights are held by SSL and/or its members and may not be used without their express permission.
All viewers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) of this website agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable, please refrain from further use of this website.

All hotel reservations that are made on this web-site are made directly with the member property and will be subject to each member’s Reservations Policy then applicable and which is available to view on the individual member’s web-site. You acknowledge that no reservations are made by the Superior Small Lodging Association and SSL will be held harmless in the case of any dispute between a guest and the individual property.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE WEBSITE
Extraordinary effort has been made to assure accuracy of all information on the website but no representation, express or implied, is made as to accuracy of information and no guarantees or warranties are made as to the accuracy of the information. We make it a high priority to ensure that your personal information (including credit card details) remains secure and confidential and is only used for the intended purpose.

We may collect your Credit card number, cardholder name, expiry date and CVV number however we do NOT store this information. Credit card information is collected by each individual hotel member at the time of booking and is not stored on the Superior Small Lodging servers in any way shape or form. Guest stay information.
