Originally built in 1924 at the Lantern Lane Apartments, the Mediterranean Style historic building was redeveloped as opened as The Birchwood in June of 2013.  The Birchwood is a refreshing mix of historical character, warmth and modern casual elegance  - a true reflection of St. Petersburg. Nuances of the original building can be found in many historical design aspects of the building and décor.
