Thank you to those who participated in the 2015 Superior Small Lodging (SSL) Annual Tradeshow and Conference in Delray Beach. Taking the conference to the Palm Beaches, a destination where SSL has only a few members was the first step in building strategic relationships in that area that will continue our growth and strengthen our association and that of our allied partners.

Mr. Grimme’ is Founder and CEO of AMC Liquidators, an upscale hotel and office furniture recycler. AMC’s operation includes trading, logistics, furniture restoration, customer storage, and financing. He is also Founder and CEO of AMC Mattresses, etc. which offers a full line of commercial quality mattresses to hotel, motel and assisted living facilities.

Amanda Deminie Carvalho is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent from John Galt Insurance with hospitality in her blood. She has worked with the John Galt Insurance Agency since early 2014 focusing on hotels and condominiums throughout Florida. A graduate of Florida Gulf University, Amanda’s career started in the hospitality industry where she worked in catering and sales for over 8 years with the beautiful South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island. Her unique paring of hospitality and insurance experience allows her to truly understand the needs of hotels to find the best fit coverage options for Property, General Liability, Workers Comp and more.
Richard Ochin has been Senior Account Manager with FHM Insurance Company for 17 years. He is the liaison between the agents and policyholders with FHM’s various service departments. He holds the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations from the National Alliance Society of CIC. His insurance career spans almost 40 years in various carrier and agency positions. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a B.A. in Economics.

Chef Dennis as he's known around the world is a retired Chef and Culinary Instructor. A native Texan living most of his life in the Philadelphia area he now resides in Kissimmee with his wife Lisa.
During the new phase of his culinary journey as a Food & Travel Blogger he has amassed an impressive combined following of over 925k on his social channels, with more than 35 million views on his Google profile.
He has now begun teaching "social media for small businesses" sharing his recipe for success in easy to understand format for the busy entrepreneur.
Chef Dennis is currently writing his first book "Social Media is not a Novelty, It's a Necessity" A how to guide for small businesses and brands.
