The Daytona Beach Kennel Club & Poker Room will host a stop on the nationally-televised seventh season of Heartland Poker Tour. HPT will film two episodes of the poker show at a tournament which is open to the public. Qualifying rounds start September 30 for those who hope to win their way into the main event. Players may also buy directly into the main event on October 8, with play continuing until the field is reduced to six. The remaining six will participate in on-camera interviews and move to the HPT set, assembled on site, to compete for the first-place prize October 9.
