You'll discover tropical paradise and island charm at at the Sunshine Island Inn. Located in Old Town Sanibel, we are surrounded by lush palms and the natural beauty of the sleepy Sanibel river. Stroll on Sanibel's famous shelling beaches directly across the street or laze comfortably at our inn's beautifully landscaped pool. We have our own private dock on the Sanibel river which handles boats up to 17' with direct access to the bay.

Each ground level cottage is designer decorated with a mix of antiques and tropical island decor. All rooms have their own private lanai. The inn has a variety of cottages for families, as well as, some that are especially charming for couples and homeymooners.
